1. In want way does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?

I think my front page of my school magazine challenges real media products in the way it is advertised and the layout.
I chose my layout with the thought of real magazine covers in mind. I had the title at the top and a main medium close up of the main face or faces, with a few secondary images surrounding it. I used a three colour palette and tried to stick with those three main colours.
When advertising my media product I used all the conventional ways of advertising a real media product. For example I had a big main title that would have been my logo. I also used catchy and exciting sell lines that stood out and that when read would draw you in closer into the magazine.
